Terms & Planning Fee
Once we've aligned on direction, you'll sign the Terms and Conditions and submit the Planning Fee. With that complete, we move into building your itinerary.

Custom Itinerary Design
I build a tailored proposal — accommodations, experiences, and flow.

Review & Refinement
We adjust together until every detail feels right.

Booking & Confirmations
I handle every reservation and send you a detailed digital itinerary, accessible via mobile app and online. It includes hotel, transfer, and tour confirmations, along with helpful information about your destination.

Pre-Trip Review
1–2 weeks before departure, we'll go over your trip to ensure everything is in place and answer any last-minute questions.

Travel Support — During Your Trip
If something unexpected comes up while you're away, I'm here to help sort it out and get you back to enjoying your trip.

Post-Trip Debrief
Once you're home, we'll catch up to relive the highlights, share what you loved, and note anything we can fine-tune for your next adventure. I'll also kindly ask for your feedback on the hotels you stayed at and on my service — your reviews help me keep creating better journeys for you and future travelers.
